Hi, We're Dough Line!
Hi! We’re Jasmine and Spencer, the duo behind Dough Line. What started as an idea between friends making donuts for the people we love grew into a passion for crafting the perfect brioche donut. Every donut we make is hand-rolled, made with fresh ingredients, and filled with flavors that balance classic comfort and creative twists.
At Dough Line, we believe in slowing down, taking care with every batch, and letting the quality speak for itself. Whether it’s a familiar flavor you love or something new you’ve never tried before, our goal is simple: to make every bite feel special.

FAQs
Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running late by DM'ing us on Instagram. We'll hold your order for up to 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time. If you need to arrange a different pickup time, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Standard orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before pickup. Catering orders require 48 hours notice. Because our donuts are made fresh in small batches, we can’t offer refunds once production begins but if something isn’t right please let us know.
While we love to make everyone happy, our small batch kitchen isn't equipped to guarantee allergen-free products. All our donuts contain wheat, dairy, and eggs.
We do not use nuts unless a flavor specifically includes them; however, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. Cross-contamination is possible, so please use discretion if you have severe allergies. Please reach out if you have specific questions about ingredients.

Our donuts are best enjoyed the same day. Because many fillings require refrigeration, we recommend refrigerating them within 4 hours of purchase. Store them in an airtight container and enjoy within 24 hours for the best texture and flavor.
